Yes and it's garbage. It's not actually a proper battle facility it's just more generic trainer battles but with a timer slapped on.

I'm surprised they didn't make one of the trainer stars related to this thing. Instead they had to make two dedicated to completing the Pokedex and one for playing this retarded minigame with the wireless adapters because you gotta buy buy buy. Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green were fucking shit.
