Genuine thoughts on SHOCKSLAYER PRESENTS ₚₒₖₑₘₒₙ cᵣᵧₛₜₐₗ cₗₑₐᵣ? Like, genuine thoughts on the hack and it's gameplay and quality?
Narcissistic creator and invasion of the browns aside, I feel like its a very well made hack, and does stuff to the engine I didnt previously think possible. Yea, it has the cringy elite 4 and annoying "I put my friend in my romhack lmao" but I feel like, largely, the atmosphere and gameplay still hold up. Also, having following pokemon is just brilliant and something I wish more hacks allowed.
I feel like most of outrage shit has died down, and I wanna see what fellow anons genuinely think of the hack. And if your opinions are largely positive, do you think it replaces crystal or is just a good companion hack?
