Why do people keep comparing LGPE to mainline games? They are a completely different thing. Might as well compare them to Pokémon Go.

the devs said it was. and sure, while it'd be nice to think sweet little nothings about how it wasn't, in the end it actually was. because it didn't have every pokemon coded in, much like later games.
