Back in gen 7 I could get cosmog for a level 1 Drampa and evolve it to trade for any legendary. But now apparently a fully evolved version exclusive Psuedo isn't enough for people to phone gts their cosmogs away? How do I get randoms to trade me cosmogs they don't want?
