This is literally the worst part of every Kanto iteration. It's just this endless featureless corridor where trainers 20 levels below you stop you every 2 steps to make you fight their single Meowth or whatever. It's absolute trash. Even the Kanto Sea routes take less time and have more varied stuff like an Ice Dungeon.
