The only one that's even VAGUELY comparable is Sonic, but that's only because SEGA and Sonic Team have a belief that as of Colors, Sonic, Classic Sonic, Original The Character, Black Sonic, and any other direct copypastes of Sonic's playstyle are the only characters you should be able to play outside of mobile games and spinoffs because of the "too many friends" meme, where now not even fucking TAILS is playable anymore and has been relegated to Sonic's Cutscene Butt Buddy.
