Game good because deeper commentary on Japanese environmental changes happening at the time of OG game. New game has new features that usually make things better and only sometimes make things worse or slightly awkward.
I'd still watch it tho, it's good shot to have on when working. An 8 hour work day goes by pretty quick when you can just listen to that fat Scottish dweeb go into too much detail about a game that was when it came out already just a remake.

The guy basically just goes through the entire game. He has things to say about each route and city and major battle so the length is explained via that.
He also thought Delta Episode was terrible, I know /vp/ will get a kick out of that one.

You clearly didn't play BDSP. You're forced to have npcs follow you and heal you after every battle in multiple areas. BDSP is even more handholdy than SM

Cheryl, Mira, Riley, Buck, and Marley. Fuck them. But they were also in the originals. Same with the frustrating snow and marsh routes. Diamond and Pearl are easily the worst slogs of any Pokemon game apart from maybe Colosseum. BDSP at least doesn't have the abysmal surfing speeds, HM burden, slow HP drainage, and "Saving a lot of data, Don't turn off the power..." every time you use a box.

No, it's really not. I already have to haul an HM slave for Defog, Rock Climb, and Strength, but can't even use Surf to go through the route like I want because this bitch is trailing behind me.

Now, did the video have to be 7 whole hours? Of course not. If he really wanted to, he could condense all of his points down to one hour. Does he make good points? For the most part, yes.

But I also enjoy these long form showcases of autism because I work form home and funny enough, they do help me keep track of time. One of my favorite autismfest videos is the guy who talks about pl_badwater for 12 hours
