In the Pokémon Adventures Manga, White has a functioning showbizz company, which might lean towards a normal/New York accent. Sapphire from the gen 3 manga arc might have a different accent, because her speech bubbles tend to feature a lot of 'ya' instead of you, and -in' instead of -ing for verbs.
