Entei in the movie? Not sure if that really counts being made of unown magic and all.
Suicune in movie 4 was essentially just there to promote crystal and did nothing else lmao
Dialga/Palkia in their big movie. Darkrai gets fucked up but it's to like a world-ending attack so idk if that's jobbing or a true sacrifice.

Downed but still sending out the capture rings the other birds jobbed to earlier. Lugia crits with Aeroblast >>49151068 and the ship fucking explodes. Yeah it ends up needing Ash and the Song to heal it but a good 95% or more of the "jobbing" Lugia does in the movie is from facetanking the combined assault of the elemental birds while trying to calm their autism long enough to convince them to stop breaking the world since in the movie they're basically unique avatars of the elemental forces themselves rather than just some Pokemon.
