EV training of some sort? might be a tracker to help you figure out how much a certain stat has gone up while using the pokemon. It's gotta have something to do with levelling though.

Dot is definitely neutral damage. The moves Growlithe resists are the dot covered by a triangle. Makes sense

Apparently evs and ivs dont factor into the stats very much in this game and they are increased via candies or whatever like in let's go. I'm guessing it is the lvl of each stat and these candies give a sort of exp to the individual stat
