Well they messed up the tile based movement anyway and Platinum is a better chibi overworld experience, so yeah, I’d have preferred some pretty hallways with png mountains. At least it’d be something new.

My guess is that they were told not to use those normal sized models so Legends would have that as a pro over it. That is, assuming they aren't actual retards.

Even then did they really have to create the ugliest chibi style ever imagined?
Besides Arceus would still have a different appeal in being more open world while Sinnoh remakes would still be a classic pokemon campaign with fixed camera etc. like SM and SWSH
