Question for TCG players. Is this the only card that has multiple evolutions/pre-evolutions listed on it, or are there any others?

While we're at it, does anyone know of any particular weird cards that break layout conventions and would need to be taken into account if someone were hypothetically recreating said cards in a video game?

All I can think of where multiple evolution options are listed on the same card;
- Aquapolis Tyrogue - same as your OP
- Skyridge Buried Fossil (a pokemon card, not a trainer. everyone always forgets this bizarre thing exists) - same scenario as Tyrogue
- Scizor ex (EXUF) could evolve from either Scyther or Scyther ex
- Blissey ex (EXUF) could evolve from either Chansey or Chansey ex

There were also occasionally cards that would list the option to evolve into either their evolution or the Dark (i.e. Rocket/Neo Destiny) version of the evolution but I can't remember which cards, and those were the effects of attacks and probably not what you mean

Layout? None come to mind. But there are two trainer cards that are the fucking bane of everyone who's ever tried to write a Pokemon TCG simulator: Chaos Gym and Power Spray. You have to code the entire engine to account for these two cards from the beginning, or else they'll just cause loads of issues.

as far as your second question it really depends on how you're putting this together. are Pokemon ex breaking layout convention? are delta species breaking layout convention? are the gen 4 era cards that hold items breaking layout convention? etc. etc. I could list off every 'convention'/generational gimmick I could think of off the top of my head but whether that's of use to you is just gonna depend on whether you personally remember them.
As far as one-offs breaking format it's hard to come up with those on the spot unprompted, desu

Also, there are a couple of cards with really odd one-off mechanics that might screw up an engine that's not prepared for them. Like Dialga+Palkia LEGEND increases the number of prize cards your opponent has, so you can stick them with something like 16 of the things. And some Pokemon like Necrozma Vmax can allow more than 5 Pokemon on the bench.

Some Pokemon have counter mechanics, for example, this Marowak's first attack places a "Bone Counter" on it and the second one can only be used if you remove one. There are others that do this too but I can't remember who.

I remember Neo Quilava has the Char counter, Smeagle having a Paint counter, and there's a promo Electabuzz with lightning rod counters.
