>>49178857it’s comfy for an hour or two but then it follows a barebones formula of route —> city —> gym —> route. putting aside grinding in Lumanoise’s (or whatever) cafes, there isn’t a whole lot to do in cities/towns so the experience feels empty. you come across Team Flare a few times but they’re piss-easy and even Lysandre only has 3 Pokémon. Elite 4 uses only 4 Pokémon and don’t seem to get any stronger if you rematch them. the post-game is barren unless you like an hour-long Looker side quest, the Battle Maison, or competitive battling online. overall, the game is alright but feels like it needed more time in the oven.
