Because the masive gap between Uber and OU increases every gen and we're currently in the clown dimension where the gulf between the best OU and the worst Uber is so large that OU's cream of the crop is pitifully outmatched by the shittiest jokemon in all of uber.

There are a bunch of ubers that suck ass but are too good for ou like cinderace and spectrier. Gem 7 OU could not handle it. We can't see how it would do in gen 8 ou since it's not in the games but in the other metagame natdex it is currently in uu
