First it’s supposed to balance the game by giving creating a hazard for Flying types, so why the Fire, Ice, and Bug types need to be dragged down when those types have glaring flaws as is. Even worse flying types get Defog making them the best checks to the Hazard that was supposed to nerf them
Also what is Stealth Rock supposed to be? All the other Hazards are based on actual things
Spikes: Caltrops used in war
Sticky web: Spider Webs
Stealth rock: ??? Random rocks that somehow move on their own because… ???
Come to think of it shouldn’t webs affect flying types since things that fly are most likely to get trapped in webs?
