I don't care too much myself, but I can imagine some may be miffed they can't hear that hype Gym Leader battle theme kick in while their bro becomes a big boy or that they can't explore the most vast environment the series had to date. They can probably wait things out for the latter for another open region, though it'd suck if they like Hisui.
