Could actually be very interesting. Obviously they'd have fake Pokemon region names like all the others but they would be very obviously based on Israel and Palestine.

China has the biggest gaming market in the world. Catering to chinks is the norm. They just started translating the games into Chinese in gen 7 and iirc Tencent owns stakes in the franchise and co-developed some spinoff.
