I dont have any problem with Marshadow as a cute ghost pokemon
What i cant stand is its legendary/mythical/whatever status.
Same with the electric monkey and the grass monkey and the fighting panda thing.
They dont make sense.

Mythical probably just means it's elusive and hard to even spot in-world.
Legendary is probably "really strong" (570+ base stat and other powers given in the lore)

Marshadow is just good at hiding and doesn't show itself often. No one was really sure it actually exists according to Pokemon Sun's dex entry. So it being a mythical is justified imo.

I love Grimmsnarl, I just wish Morgren got an alternate evolution that looks more like Impidimp, pink with wings and everything and keeping the imp motive.
Dark/fairy, Prankster and should have good speed or defense or something.
They could also change it a little bit and go with a Gargoyle

Yeah, it’s kind of a darkrai retread by being a constantly hiding shadow monster, but it makes more sense as a mythical than say shaymin in some material. Those have migration routes where people go to see flocks of them.
