What's the objective best team within the following parameters

>no legendaries
>all pokemon leveled evenly
>trade evolutions possible
>all enemy trainers defeated, but no rematches and no grinding for xp
>no items in battle
>must have six different pokemon

But the elite 4 + champion rematch is the penultimate challenge of the game, and without it, there is no point in playing the remakes. Also the new pokemon introduced in the elite 4's line-ups are so dynamic that they force you to remake your team, or at the very least, your team's moveset. Thus, your entire premise is bonkers.

I meant no rematches for the purpose of grinding money and exp. This team would do all the possible content including postgame and catching everything.

Are you me? This is basically how I play every game.
Anyway, Water/Ice/Psychic are pretty busted in the Kanto meta. So stuff like Starmie, Lapras, Jynx, etc. can overcome the postgame level gap and OHKO without getting trashed in return. Snorlax is a good stopgap, too.
I did a run like this with
>Charizard
>Raichu
>Nidoking
>Snorlax
>(Water Absorb) Poliwrath
>Exeggcutor
and Lax/Poli basically hard carried by the end. Jynx over Exeggcutor would've been more useful.
