>>49200397I've done two, it's a pain in the ass but so worth it for some Pokemon. Put on some music, maybe an audiobook or something, and set time limits (i.e. 'I'll spend one hour a day on this'). Also if you're breeding for it, make sure you've got an Everstone on one of the parents so you can guarantee it'll have the Nature you want.
