Also realistically speaking, most challengers wouldn't have rare Pokemon of any variety (such as Dragonite or starters), and quite a lot of them probably wouldn't even have fully evolved teams. In fact a lot of "good" Pokemon are basically unusable due to their hard to raise natures or temperaments simply being unfeasible to handle. A realistic League lineup would involve a lot of accomplished teams largely consisting of shitmon users.
