Currently in the middle of Victory Road in White, but I think I'm gonna have to grind. Some of the trainers here are mid 40s while I'm in the 37-38 range. Yes, I skipped trainers.
Also I have Escavalier and Conkeldurr through the universal Pokemon randomizer where I turned off impossible evos. Also made level evolutions easier but that's not relevant to my current team.

I suspect you might have some troubles with the Elite 4 at those levels but then again those are competent pokemon. I had problems with Ghetsis but had an Audino and Crygonal..
