>>49220537not him but depends on how much of a neet you are with nothing to do all day but shiny hunt, ive got like 500 shinies coming from legendary soft reset, eggs, dexnav, friend safari, using two 3DS at one time, chain fishing etc i've done most methods. and it's literally just 1 day average on anything besides soft reset for legendaries, especially when its not affected by shiny charm, which has higher variance in time, i've gotten 2 in a day within an hour of eachother (2 terrakion's, accidentally killed the first, an hour to find another) to 3weeks of regidrago, i would do 10+hour days, can be from when i wake up to when i sleep, so even breeding averages 1 a day at those hours, some methods like chain fishing/dexnav/friend safari get multiple shinies a day. average time to get a shiny relies purely on time invested and efficiency doing so in one sitting so its very easy to get 1 or more shinies per day if you just sit down and do it all day
