What I'll never understand is, despite the leaks, people STILL thought the images without the hallmark signs of professional-grade reproductions were real, when Game Freak LONG confirmed only designs properly added to the canon and officially drawn are the ones dispersed to the public. Not once in the series history have work-in-progress or even final sketch designs of ANY pokémon, newly-added or already existing have leaked to the internet. Ballio being drawn in coloured pencils should have been an instant tell for anyone with half a brain that it wasn't kosher.
