A vast chunk of Gen I-IV mons were kept out until BDSP launched, adding they to Gen VIII and Game Freak aren't exactly adding a shitload of others to *their* take on Sinnoh this Gen either. That's why, they never bothered attempting to plan to implement them, as they'd wholeheartedly decided to move to a Dexit-informed development cycle.
