>>49231209Hindsight is 20/20 but at the time, XY's announcement didn't kill anything at all, we were still in a golden age for all of that year and some of the best memories I've had from this board were from 2013. XY itself wasn't even that bad on its own but it did slow things down a bit, but it still felt like we were in the golden age especially with ORAS coming. ORAS's actual release was the main sign that things were going in the wrong direction and since then we've been in a downward spiral at some times, and in a lateral movement at the best of times. I'd say we're in one of them right now, USUM and the SWSH expansion weren't so bad either.
