The only one I dislike on any level is Pikachu and that's mostly just because Raichus get casted as villains alot because "evolving Pikachu is evil or something"

I agree with this; I like all the shillmons except pikachu because GF circlejerks him WAY too fucking hard. The rest are shilled because they're popular, yes, but pikachu is on a whole other level. There's nothing even remarkable about him outside of the anime, unlike the other shillmons.
