There's lots of videos on youtube of people with destroyed nails worse than yours who go and get them done. But I know that not every nail tech will work on people with medical conditions, so maybe call around to places with good reviews. And don't be a pussy about if it's "for women" or something because men go in to get their nails done all the time for all kinds of reasons. Hope you figure it out, OP, having shitty nails sucks.
