- Your whole team could be knocked out. We have no guarantee that we'll mysteriously wake up at a Pokemon Center if our team gets beaten. Do we even know if Centers are a thing?
- You might not have caught any Pokemon yet and need to weaken your first catch manually.
- You might not have anyone on your team that can deal efficient damage - throwing stones might be one way of always guaranteeing neutral damage at the cost of putting yourself in danger.
- Boss Pokemon like the Kleavor in this clip might be immune to Pokemon attacks until the player has hit them with rocks a number of times.
