The thing is that they HAVE new things to show. New hisuian forms, new pokémon, new areas, new characters, the story with the creation trio and Arceus, etc.
But for some reason they're doing the same they did with SwSh and REFUSE to show anything but the bare minimum before the release.

My favorite part of Sword and Shield was running around and catching every pokemon in sight. The idea of a mission based system where the goal is to run around, catch pokemon, and fight minibosses sounds soulful as fuck. Cant wait
