>>49253814It's a dances with wolves type situation. Ralts' pokedex entry says that it rarely appears before people, but will sometimes approach if it can sense a trainer with a good heart. My rp is that there is an incredibly shy shiny ralts in the woods in route 102 that sometimes looks at me in the distance or approaches, but gets scared. So I'm going into the woods every day letting it know that I want to be friends. Kind of like the thing with Sable in animal crossing, just approaching every day and being friendly until they open up to me.
