Many moves got changed, here is just a small list of moves that got changed in PLA
Hidden Power (No longer IV dependent, can freely change it with an NPC after completing a specific request)
Judgement
Double Hit (Is now a status move)
Stealth Rocks (Now is more similiar to a rock type whirlpool but stronger)
Transform (No longer ends after the battle is over, lasts for the rest of that expedition)
Razor Shell: (85 BP, other starters get one based off their primary base type, cyndaquill's looks really hot!)
