Chinchou got shafted hard. Great design, fun and unique typing, then it evolves into Lanturn who is the ultimate definition of a shitmon. And it remains shit to this day. No cross gen Evo, no mega Evo, no gigamax or regional forms. And these two are still the only Water/Electric combo in the game.
