I really think what people should focus on though is how we got to this point where they just straight up don't even update old Pokemon for the newer games anymore. There was a thread a couple days ago about Dewgong and even though it appeared in lgpe, it hasn't received any new moves, stat changes, abilities or really anything since generation 5. And it's a KAAAANTO mon! I guarantee there's a lot of Pokemon like that that they just don't even bother touching again. And that to me is the big crime. It should feel like a living breathing world, which is probably the only reason I support regional evolutions bc it's one of the ways these older forgotten Pokemon get recognized
