I expect it to be a solid 6.5/10 adventure game with pokemon which makes it way better than any switch pokemon title. SwSh was a train wreck because GF was juggling it with other titles, forced the wild area in last minute and relied on DLC for postgame, PLA is definitely going to be better

But in the trailer, the world seems rather bland and barren, dont you think? I'm afraid it'll be vast but empty, with nothing but wild pokemon and borrowed low quality assets. Thats my first impression at least

Base Sw/Sh was ok, not great, but not the shit show most of y'all thought it was. I know people didn't like it because of the dex cut, and it got a lot better after the DLC was added. Its a shame it took until Crown Tundra for it to be a good game in my eyes.

That's what wild area was, and they made it better in the DLCs. Of course trailers arn't going to show everything all at once, especially when the game is about exploring the region yourself. Zoomers are already ruining the game for themselves by thinking trailers show everything

A bit, pretty sure we'd already seen some gameplay by then. Wyrdeer and Basculegion were revealed in August so that lines up pretty well.
