If the fanbase was someway reasonable and accepted 200ish pokemon on a title would be feasible to improve everything else.
Just look at megaten V, it looks decent and has like 220 demons.
But people keeps wanting ALL the pokemons back, without understanding that even if they are basically the same polygons from 3 generations ago, they still need to implement every single one of them and thats time consuming as fuck.
Even when we get a good amount of them people still complains because is not all of them.
Not to mention all the attack animations even if are simple as fuck
Even drawing a pixel on a white background takes hours if you have to do it 1000 times.
People needs to start to understand that and accept it. Once they done it, with proper feedback and time, we could get decent looking game at the cost of pokemon headcount.
Asking for 900 pokemon every time + 100 news and on the top of that to look good, is just not possible.
We get mediocre games because we get around 400-500 pokemon.
MAke it 150-200 again for game and we may have something good looking
