The Pikachu XL for example costs less than a base new 3DS did after the price cut where I live and pretty much every Pokemon game second hand is below the RRP. Also I've never known second hand consoles to be sold for the same price as/more than brand new, not unless prices are getting inflated by scalpers for a newly released system or something as is the case with the PS5 and Series.
If you actually manage to finesse that amount of money though, more power to you as those who have more money than sense usually deserve to get robbed blind.
