Read what I said again. Banette already exists and could use more love instead of remaking it. And taking the idea of Bewear and going "it's a haunted stitch face ghost doll now" definitely seems like a low hanging edgy fruit to me, especially when so many fakemon regionals do the whole "it's _____ but dead/evil/sexy now." Why not play up the "man in bear suit" thing if you're going for "creepy" or you could go in a different direction with the fact that it's a red panda by making it a man-sized raccoon from a Western region instead?

I had an idea similar to this - a Steel/Psychic Sudowoodo based off of cell towers.

Azumarill is based off of bladder kelp.
The kelp has these orbs growing on it that make it float. So it's based off of a natural floating device.

You could just infer that the Normal-type Heatmor came first, or that they live in a region where Steel-type Durants aren't a source of food or an issue.
