If Miltank and Tauros were released today they'd probably be a single species but genderfied, same for Volbeat/Illumise. Maybe they'd have a pre-evo that evolved based on gender.

Give it shaggy fur that looks like some sort of white fur coat a celebrity would wear, modeled after a Highland cow. That's pretty much all I can think of, but I don't professionally design Pokemon for a living.
