My wife has been through this shit a ton but it's mostly other women going at her for being too well dressed, too thin, too sexy, etc... While they bitch about it for hours in the restroom not doing any work, eating sugary shit adding on their fat ass and not taking care of their appearance at home, she is working her ass off and going up in the company. She just feel pity for these women. And for men trying anything funny, she is just direct and cold, saying she is not interested and in a relationship, ready for a fight if necessary. Most men don't do shit because of this and she never really felt in "danger". So, if they are making themselves ugly, it's probably because they feel ugly and wouldn't make themselves look cute/sexy anyway, they even probably use men being sexual with them as an excuse to do so. They chose that way of living and will regret it one day.
Putting the blame only on others is too easy, responsability is almost always shared so don't find excuses for their bad behavior when it's also on them.
