forgive the phonepost, in class right now. Each one of these, barring xerneas and yveltal, are legit. SR'd for each one over the past few years. Some were quick, some took months. Made sure each one has a good nature too, that took even longer. Longest was giratina, i quit counting resets and started counting months. Took me 15 months for a timid one. I'm sure it would have been faster to do it in ultra sun, but I already had gotten palkia and dialga in platinum with him, so it was sunk cost fallacy at that point. I've got more, but these are the ones I'm most proud of.

Been playing pokemon for a long ass time but never got lucky enough to get a full odds shiny till Sword and Shield. I was breeding a Gothita for the pokedex since I only caught it's evolutions and the one egg i got from it hatched into a shiny.

Yep, each one. Well, except zekrom, but he's the one I caught the first time I ever played white, so he's special enough to get a spot in the bros box. Aside from him, xern, and yveltal, they all mostly came from ultra sun, which feels a bit like cheating, but the sinnoh trio all came from platinum, and the lugia and mewtwo came from soulsilver. Kyurem came from white, since he's not shiny locked there, surprisingly.

Playthrough shinies? I got a Galarian Meowth in Shield, Smeargle SOS luck in Sun, and a Golbat in Platinum. I also saw a Graveler in Platinum but it exploded so :(

Poliwhirl and Luvdisc from chain fishing in X. Former was intentional, latter popped up while I was farming Heart Scales. My first truly random shiny didn't pop up until Sun, got a East Sea Gastrodon on Exeggutor Island.

I got a shiny pokemon in that friend code park you got in xy but i felt that was cheating and just gave it away to a friend.

Hunted for Pidgeot since it was my favorite pokemon at the time and beat Leafgreen with it.
>Random shiny Wurmple in Emerald right after Wally got his Ralts
It evolved into a Beautifly.

Did not expect it, but it was nice.
>Random shiny Zigzagoon while grinding for a challenge run in Sapphire, cant remember
