Lorelei is pretty hot and I enjoyed her little thing in her hometown in the Sevii Islands but was disappointed it didn't go on longer.
I recall her having a few decent episodes in the anime, maybe.

Design-wise It's probably Johto but type-wise it's definitely Kalos. They have 4 cool and interesting types and they don't feel like they're the leftovers, unlike the E4 types from some other games.

Unova has the best E4. The battles are actually somewhat difficult (by pokemon standards anyway) in challenge mode, the types are diverse and complementary and the characters are cool.
