yesterday i tried the diamond remake and i dont know how couls keep up with this shit its LITTERALY the same shit from 20 years ago absolutely nothing has changed its crazy
at least arceus looks new

I don't buy them myself though, I just ask for them for Christmas. Didn't ask for BD/SP though since the game looked hideous, was basically a remaster/had nothing new, and held your hand even more than the originals with the forced affection BS so it's a waste of time to play.

I stopped at platinum. I play platinum, pmd blue and showdown exclusively now. Keeping an eye on PLA tho, looks like it could interesting

i actually learned how to download roms when i was like 8, and the first rom i downloaded was a pokemon game (i think it was pokemon sapphire)

Nah, I think the dex cut was just the push I needed. Haven't bought SwSh. Haven't bought DiaPer remakes. And have no plans to buy Legends. Like the series was mediocre enough and getting worse with each generation that the dex cut made me realize that collecting them all was really the only saving grace the series had left for me.

I'm just going to stick with retro titles from now on, it's the only way to still get any enjoyment from this franchise. I sure as shit am not consoomer enough to bu the game for plushy selling pokemon designs or cosplay/fap bait character designs.

Pokemon mainline? Already did twice.
Dropped around the announcement for Ruby/Sapphire because I had a panic attack over catching 450 or so Pokemon in a single game. Got dragged back in by a friend around Platinum but instead got Black/White. Interest skipped Black2/White2, played ORAS demo, and got Pokemon Moon before ignoring SwSh.

Now the spinoffs? Those I kept up with. Favorites are Hey You Pikachu, Pokemon Snap, and Pokemon Rangers. Keep slowly popping in and out of New Pokemon Snap and I'm hopeful for Pokemon Arceus.
