Also I would fuck heavy with a Legends: Kyurem that played kinda loose with its time period references, taking notes from like 1850-1930s USA. Get some precolonial southwest in the Desert Resort, early automotive construction in Mistralton, Wild West gold rush outposts around Chargestone, and prohibition-era Castelia looking like the movie Metropolis. Wonder what the gameplay loop would be, though, as that tech level would make the survey shit feel largely out of place.
