>>49312613Exploring, experimenting with the altered battle system, gathering items, crafting, catching pokemon of different sizes, looking for shinies, trying variations of whatever that team interaction thing we've seen in the previews is, etc. There seems to be a decent amount to do. I enjoy Monster Hunter, so having to do a certain number of missions to get access to a new area is really nothing new or bothersome to me, chances are most of them can get done just from regular progression in the playthrough. I don't get why having areas gated is a big deal either, it's no different than past pokemon games that kept you from accessing new areas until you got the right HM or story progression.
