It's not illegal to leak info on a game you fucking moron. If you obtained the game via contract with NDA such as a review copy, then they can sue for breach of contract. If you dump the rom and upload it, they can come after you for piracy. But if you just happen to get an early copy from a store and post pics of it? They can't fuck up your life at all. Worst they can do is get the images removed/twitter account banned for copyright infringement, which is why you post pics here.
