I'd rather give the game the best performance I possibly can. Metroid Dread has drops here and there on Switch, docked and undocked, but doesn't have any when emulating it, for example.

It's typically when a good amount of the smaller enemies are on screen. Its only REALLY noticeable in a few rooms.
I'm really sensitive to fps drops when docked because I'm using my PC monitor, which I'm used to seeing shit run at 100 or more fps on.

Yeah this has been my experience. Yuzu couldn't get past the opening cut scene of SMT V without crashing but ryujinx can play it for me almost flawlessly. Similar experience with BDSP. I don't know why people always say Yuzu is better when my personal experience is ryujin consistently runs shit fine that I can't get running in yuzu at all
