Multiple people are having trouble with yuzu and ryujinx, let's try and solve the issue. Some people are having partial success on yuzu by turning off the multicore cpu setting

Currently got it past the cut scene crash on Yozu by turning off mulicore but it makes it run like shit. Turned back on multicore makes it run fine but there are model glitches. Turning on Vulkan seems to fix the model glitches but now Yozu is crashing constantly

disable multicore to get past first cutscene, make a save and u can turn it back on.
crashes on the 2nd cutscene after catching the 3 mons though, haven't found any settings to get past that yet.

On both Yuzu and Ryujinx I can get to this point, but on Yuzu it just crashes right after and on Ryujinx the cutscene plays but there is no character model then it crashes.

full crashes after this, tried multicore on/off, opengl/vulkan, docked/undocked and normal/high/extreme gpu accuracy. stopping for now because it full crashes my pc.

tried vulkan and opengl on yuzu, with and without multicore on, can't get past quite a horrific crash when mt coronet is introduced. Ryujinx, frustratingly, works fine except it loads no fucking models.

for my emulator gamers, start the game in ryujinx, save literally as soon as possible, and then run it in yuzu to play the game. It's so fucking unstable tho that it crashes like every 2 minutes (literally) so have fun lol

Works "fine" on Yuzu (audio artifacts, Rowlett missing 1 eye in the first scene but gets it back when you catch it) until they show the top of Mount Coronet, with the spinning cloud. That absolutely destroys the framerate and then crashes the game.

I've been having success so far by alternating emulators whenever I can: Ryujinx for cutscenes, Yuzu whenever I get out of cutscenes. You have to move the save files back and forth. It's super tedious, and it still crashes a lot so you might lose progress, but it's better than nothing.

Instructions on how to play with this method up to where I'm at right now
>Start with Ryujinx
>Switch to Yuzu once you get a chance to save
>Save right before catching the third starter, switch to Ryujinx
>Switch to Yuzu once the professor leaves you alone and you can save again.

didnt even turn on for a while
i still have problems with getting into rcm mode
and after every update i have to toubleshoot and clean install atmosphere for it to work
its hell

Go to the Yuzu or Ryujinx folder and look for the games folder, go to the game and find the save. Can easily switch them to and from.
