World design, they're credited in the credits with that. Monolith Soft can't fix the entire game for them however because Nintendo would hunt their families for sport if they weren't working on botw2

They could have handed the reigns over to Monolithsoft or Intelligent Systems the moment they got the Switch dev kits. They're too lazy even for that, even though they've gone on record saying pokemon isn't their priority
