I'm pretty sure they will just "arrange" something for Arceus, just like they did with Necrozma (who got new forms but still had an extra power up in USUM climax) and Giratina (Lv100 shadow form)
Arceus will probably be a super duper boss with boosted stats

Legend plate easily makes it one of the strongest pokemon that exist.
720 BST, 8 immunities, STAB every move. It doesnt have the raw broken sweeping power of Zacian, but its not far off.
The question is, what would Judgement's matchup be?

The array of immunities it has fuck over a ridiculous amount of popular Ubers/AG moves too, which helps a lot. I don't think it competes with the likes of Zacian offensively, though it's still very good, but defensively it's bullshit.
